Electric Lightwave to Use Digiquant

Electric Lightwave Inc. recently implemented Digiquant's (formerly Belle Systems) Internet Management System (IMS) to support its Remote Systems Virtual Portal dial-up Internet access service. ELI will also use the system to offer its customers static IP addressing.
