Erik Froberg has been named CEO of Digiquant (formerly Belle Systems), and the company’s founder, Hasse Rasmussen, has been appointed chairman of the board and chief technology officer. Froberg came to Digiquant from General Atlantic Partners, a private equity firm.
ATIS has named John Pautlitz as director of industry forums for the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF). Pautlitz will supervise OBF facilitation, staffing and administration and will provide strategic support for ATIS activities. He has more than 30 years of experience and has worked at SBC, Ameritech and Illinois Bell. The OBF committee establishes industry-accepted guidelines and procedures for ordering, billing, provisioning and related matters.
U.K.-based billing and customer care company Noha Systems, which recently acquired Intasys Systems, appointed Claude E. Forget as the new CEO and chairman. In his career, Forget has served as president of the Civil Liberties Union, president of the Quebec Association of Economists and chairman of a microwave broadband distribution company.
