SAIC Selects Daleen

SAIC recently selected Daleen’s BillPlex Plus customer management and billing software to automate RapidApps, its ASP billing model. SAIC’s Telecommunications Division provides outsourced customer management and billing services for next-generation ICPs. It plans to use BillPlex’s Web-based electronic and tiered rating, and voice over DSL and frame relay support for its voice and data services.
