Todd, Compunetix Team with MetraTech

Software developer Todd Video Network Management Inc. plans to interface its TC Reliance Video Manager software with MetraTech’s billing platform. The two plan to offer video network management with Web-based billing capabilities for ASPs and video content providers. The two companies will also integrate for online conferencing services.
