Verizon to Outsource Paper Bills

Moore Business Communication Services (BCS) and Financial Statement Services Inc. will print and mail Verizon Wireless’ billing statements. The two plan to manage all of the telco’s billing statements by the end of 2001, after the conversion of other bill print providers. BCS has been handling bill print and mail services for Verizon Wireless’ western region for four years.
