Daleen Creates RevChain Software Suites

Daleen Technologies recently created RevChain, a new line of software designed to manage revenue chains. RevChain automates customer service, order fulfillment, activation and billing via the Internet and with partners. The software line includes industry-specific applications that support the Daleen Internet Enterprise Architecture system, which integrates with CRM, enterprise resource planning and third-party systems. RevChain is designed to support broadband, wireless, wireless data, content, ASP and ICP providers.
