Group 1 Acquires TriSense

Group 1 Software has acquired the assets of TriSense, a digital billing and payment software provider. Group 1 will add TriSense’s three-in-one digital delivery (sending bills via email, hosted Websites and third-party portals) and payment processing technology to its DOC1 suite. DOC1 users will be able to collect and process online payments in addition to composes personalized documents for customers.
