Pitney Bowes Acquires Alysis for $24 Million

Pitney Bowes plans to buy electronic billing software provider Alysis Technologies for $24 million in cash. Pitney Bowes has been using Alysis Web-enabled software for its Internet billing and presentment services for two years and plans to combine both companies’ technology.
