Smarten and Tertio Form Partnership

Smarten will incorporate Tertio’s provisioning and mediation suite for convergent services into its IP billing and customer care software offerings. The two formed the partnership to provide telcos managing billing, mediation, provision and rating systems as well as share their European market presence.
