KPN Belgium to Use Agilent OSS

KPN Belgium will automate service assurance for its broadband services and networks with Agilent’s NETeXPERT-based OSS. The telco plans to use the technology to improve its network performance and the reliability of its DSL service. Agilent’s system is designed to collect and correlate real-time network fault and performance data to show network availability and reduce mean-time-to-repair.
