Communications Data Group has released its Service Activation Manager (SAM) software to complement its subscriber-invoicing offering by handling switch-related service orders. SAM lets customers configure their order provisioning to operate with single or multiple switches, set the priority for orders to be processed and automatically provision recurrent features and carriers.
