New Products & Upgrades

Smarts has added new modules and enhancements to its InCharge service assurance software suite. New additions include a Web portal for viewing system status from any browser, and a report manager for fault analysis summaries. Smarts has also released InCharge ATM/Frame Relay Availability Manager for topology discovery, root cause analysis and business impact analysis.
