Comnitel Secures Funding

Sept. 6-Comnitel Technologies, a service assurance software provider based in Ireland, has recently raised more than $9.8 million in venture capital. Inventors include U.K.-based HgCapital, Hamburgische Landesbank (State Bank of Hamburg in Germany), SAIC Venture Capital Corp., and Enterprise Ireland. This round of funding has brought the company’s total funding to almost $30 million. Comnitel’s ServiceAssure product is designed enable mobile operators to manage the Quality of Service from the end-customer’s point of view and use service differentiation to boost revenues.
