Mobiview, a joint venture between Ericsson and the Dutch Broadcasting Services, has added Sepro’s e-Rate engine to its mobile media platform for its flexible pricing and charging capabilities. Mobiview will offer media and entertainment providers managed services with content billing functionality so they can provide multimedia content via mobile operators to pre- and postpaid customers.
