Euralba, a France Telecom subsidiary, has added Highdeal’s billing, pricing and rating software into its CRISP offering—which includes CRM software from PeopleSoft, EAI technology from Webmethods and customer care from Netonomy. Euralba offers system engineering, auditing, development and integration services.
