Hewlett-Packard has teamed with Netonomy to offer its Web-based CRM software with the HP wireless portfolio to develop personalized self-service customer portals. In another agreement, HP will resell, implement and provide support for Highdeal’s Transactive, modular software for pricing, rating and billing next-generation services. HP has integrated Transactive with its Internet Usage Manager mediation platform and will market the combined usage-based pricing technology to service providers.
