Utilicom will implement Telution’s COMX OSS suite for SIGECOM, its fiber optic facilities-based provider of cable, voice and broadband services. SIGECOM will use the product in support of its bundled suite of digital cable TV, high-speed Internet service and local and long distance telephone services.
