Martin Group’s OMNIA OSS has been selected by Duo County Telephone Cooperative of Jamestown, KY. Duo County offers wireline, long distance, DSL and ISP services to subscribers in four counties in south central Kentucky. Duo County will also use Martin Group’s OASIS automated provisioning tool.
