Roseville Telephone, a subsidiary of SureWest Communications, has selected Tekelec’s Eagle 5 Signaling Application System with Integrated Sentinel. Tekelec will provide advanced network signaling capabilities and network monitoring in the Sacramento, Calif., metropolitan region.
