Convergys has introduced Convergys Settlement Suite Release 2.0, which preintegrates the company’s billing, rating, mediation, and settlement capabilities. This new release enables wireless, cable and broadband, wireline, and IP-based service providers to introduce new commerce and content-based services quickly and cost-effectively. New features include a partner-centric graphical user interface, expanded settlement statement options and additional interface support for integration with external retail billing products.
