Integrated communications provider GCI has implemented Clear’s Clearview 7.0 as its service assurance system. Clearview will monitor CGI’s SONET circuits for availability and quality, as well as SLA compliance for its long-haul and metropolitan area networks.

Eagle Broadband has signed a multiyear contract with SAIC’s Global Telecommunications Group for RapidApps hosted OSS/BSS services.
