Digiquant and Network Equipment Technologies (net.com) have signed a co-marketing agreement to offer carrier-class VoIP with advanced billing capabilities. Net.com’s SHOUT IP, an open, programmable packet telephony platform, interoperates with Digiquant’s Internet Management System. ECtel has integrated SPSS Inc.’s Clementine data mining workbench into its FraudView fraud-detection application to help deliver real-time fraud detection to more than 150 telecommunications companies around the world.
