WeDo Consulting has developed Churn Analytics, a churn prediction package for telecom providers. The product was developed in close partnership with SAS using SAS data mining technology. The product allows provider to identify those customers that present a high propensity to leave through predictive statistical analysis of the customer’s behavior, consumption patterns and demographics.
