COMX 3.5 includes an integrated service availability system that tracks all services available to a customer based on multiple service variables such as address or phone number; the expansion of an XML-based provisioning architecture that adds support for flow-through provisioning for cable and cable modem services along with COMX’s native support for voice provisioning; flexible pricing capabilities that provide dynamic pricing and discounting capabilities based on the contents and features of an ordered bundle and an advanced installation and repair system that can schedule a single installation appointment across multiple services requested on one order.
