New Products and Partnerships

Smarts has teamed with TTI Telecom International (TTI) to deliver an integrated OSS solution. The joint offering, which includes Smarts’ InCharge infrastructure management product and TTI’s Netrac OSS suite, automates in real-time the root cause analysis of IP network faults, enabling service providers to better protect their business-critical services through faster identification and resolution of potential service-affecting problems. The agreement allows for the companies to support additional technologies such as MPLS.
