Scorecard Systems Inc. will provide Broadstripe with subscriber and service analysis capabilities, the companies said.
Scorecard Systems’ Subscriber Analysis Application has been deployed at dozens of service providers worldwide and measures results for more than 100 million subscribers. It can be deployed within an enterprise data warehouse or as a standalone analysis tool, allowing service providers to measure customer activity using a table-based, user-configurable business rules approach that leverages subscriber industry standards.
The application provides more detailed, accurate and rich reporting and analysis capabilities; reduction of commission overpayments and costs of acquisition; reduction of dealer and salesperson fraud; and increased penetration of value added services to existing customer base, the company said.
The rules are applied automatically at the subscriber/service/billing code level, with the results made available to any number of query, reporting, OLAP or other tools.
