Mid America Computer Corp. (MACC) will provide CABS processing services to Saddleback Communications, the companies said. This is the eighth telecommunications company to select MACC for services in the last three months, MACC said.
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Saddleback Communications is a division of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. The company has been in business for a decade and provides telephone and Internet services, serving 3,500 access lines.
MACC’s CABS processing service features revenue assurance tools to track and forecast CABS revenue. MACC customers also have the ability to use AccessMart, a Web-based access usage and revenue assurance tool that allows MACC’s clients to track CABS trends via an online portal.
