The TeleManagement Forum on Tuesday named the recipients of its Excellence Awards, presented at a black-tie gala in Nice, France.

The awards recognize leaders in operational excellence and companies approaching bill and OSS in new ways.

One Stop FMC Services Catalyst (which involved Amdocs, Chungwa Telecom, Microsoft, NSN Taiwan, Tata Consultancy and Telus Telecom)

Telecom Italia received an “Exceptional Contributing Company Award” for its work developing the business process framework and taking it to the ITU-T as an industry standard.

The “Distinguished Fellow of the Forum” awards were presented to Nigel Davis of Nortel, Hishashi Tada, recently retired from NEC; and Jenny Huang, OSS strategic standards manager of AT&T Inc.
