A mobile operator will move its clearing business in an attempt to simplify service for its customers.
Entel PCS, one of Chile’s biggest mobile companies, has decided it will use Syniverse Technologies (SVR) for its clearing business. The South American operator has also selected Syniverse DataNet and Roaming Management Services (RMS) to streamline its end-to-end roaming process. RMS will provide the operator with access to roaming information via a centralized data and document repository, making the system more efficient and cost-effective.
