Convergys Corp. (CVG), announced Monday the completed implementation of an upgraded version of its Infinys business support solution for Netsize Group, which deploys and distributes wireless data applications, services and content for enterprises, merchants and entertainment companies.
Netsize has been using Infinys since 2001. The new version offers Netsize greater flexibility and improved time to market, the companies said in a press statement.
Netsize solutions include SMS and MMS delivery in 200 countries; Mobile Payment through operator-based billing (Premium SMS, MMS, & WAP) in 22 countries; and Mobile Content Management platforms with publishing & editing tools to manage messaging services and mobile Internet portals.
Netsize manages more than 60 million mobile transactions per month for 800 customers worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies.
Convergys' Infinys solution is the foundation for billing of Netsize’s direct network connectivity for promotion, distribution of mobile content and services over a range of channels, including SMS, WAP, GPRS and 3G.
Infinys also enables the revenue-sharing deals Netsize has put in place with more than 100 mobile operators around the world, covering more than 1.1 billion billable mobile users.
