Scorecard Systems has announced it’s been selected by MetroPCS Wireless to provide a more robust, detailed subscriber and service analysis capability.
Scorecard says its solutions reduce commission and acquisition costs, and put analytical ability directly in the hands of end-users. They’ve been deployed at dozens of carriers throughout North America and Europe and currently measure results for more than 150 million subscribers.
MetroPCS offers wireless service on a no contract, flat rate, unlimited usage basis in metropolitan areas throughout many parts of the country. As of June 30, MetroPCS had approximately 4.6 million subscribers.
Scorecard Systems’ Subscriber Analysis Application will provide MetroPCS increased visibility into customer activity surrounding churn and acquisition reporting. The solution will allow the company to measure customer activity using a table-based, user-configurable business rules approach that leverages subscriber industry standards customized to its specific needs.
