CustomCall Data Systems Inc. has signed several new service provider clients, including Vocal IP Networx and Voyss Solutions.
The new clients will deploy Webtop BPM, CustomCall’s Web-based and workflow-enabled billing and OSS solution. Webtop BPM integrates CustomCall’s hosted bill processing infrastructure with a management interface built for high volumes and rapid, error-free transactions. Webtop BPM also includes optional business process modules for automating collections, trouble tickets, numbers inventory and CPE inventory, and for standardizing order management, MACD, commissions and reseller management. A customizable end-user Web portal is available with Webtop BPM, as are auto procedures for provisioning, credit scoring and service availability.
Vocal IP Networx delivers ISP and Internet telephony solutions, including hosted VoIP, premise-based IP PBX and SIP trunking solutions to SMBs in the United States. Voyss Solutions offers managed services and business-grade hosted PBX phone service.
