Psytechnics, which develops video and voice management platforms, has released the fourth version of its Experience Manager software. The platform lets service providers and enterprises troubleshoot and manage quality issues for IP telephony and video conferencing.
The upgrade adds a measurement tool to gauge users’ experience with video conferencing. It also includes the ability to diagnose problems in real time, as well as calibration for endpoints made by vendors including Polycom and TANDBERG. Finally, another feature allows users to investigate call paths.
