Mother Nature wasn’t kind to the new partnership between AT&T/Apple and Wal-Mart over the weekend.
A big winter storm disrupted use of AT&T voice and data services across much of the Midwest and parts of the East Coast Sunday. That was the same day Wal-Mart stories started selling the Apple iPhone 3G for the first time, creating a bevy of new customers who might have developed a bad first impression.
AT&T says all service has been restored, so things should be back to normal.
