DigitalRoute, a provider of embedded and standalone mediation, has announced its convergent mediation platform, Mediazone, is now deployed to more than 100 customers nationwide.
DigitalRoute was founded in 2000 to provide best-of-breed mediation with a development philosophy to make mediation easy & cost effective. The company says this milestone of 100 customers proves that the execution of the development philosophy has been successful. The fastest growing customer base in this industry niche (35 new customers during 2008) also has played a big role.
"MediationZone has changed the way mediation is done." said Magnus Hyttsten, CTO at DigitalRoute. "MediationZone is clearly setting the future direction of mediation and is well underway to become a de facto standard for embedded and stand-alone convergent mediation and data integration solutions."
DigitalRoute combines a direct sales strategy with an OEM strategy where DigitalRoute's OEM partners include DigitalRoute's MediationZone as the environment for building & maintaining external data feed interfaces before the data is forwarded to their own applications.
DigitalRoute's customer base includes service providers of various types (fixed, mobile, fixed-mobile, cable, satellite), and sizes (from some of the largest operators in the world to those with fewer than 1 million subscribers) across all continents. MediationZone deployments include pure offline mediation, pure online mediation as well as converged online & offline mediation.
"We are proud to see the growth of customers using MediationZone. But even more importantly we are delighted of our continued track record of 100 percent successful projects and satisfied customers and partners," said Kari Miettinen, vice president, Sales at DigitalRoute.
