DISH Deploys Amdocs Software for Receiver Repair

DISH Network (DISH) says it’s upgraded to a new version of the Amdocs (DOX) Logistics product to help streamline the receiver repair process. Amdocs will provide ongoing product support and maintenance.

The new version of Amdocs Logistics is enabling DISH Network to improve logging and resolution of service calls related to its receivers and other customer-premise equipment, and to manage equipment repair processes more effectively. In addition to achieving cost savings, Amdocs is helping DISH Network deliver better service to its growing base of nearly 14 million customers, the companies said.
