Orange UK has signed an extended contract with Convergys Corp. for the company’s customer management solutions.
Convergys says its CM solutions can drive more value from the relationships their clients have with their customers by accelerating revenue, lowering operating costs, and increasing customer satisfaction through its dedicated contact center agents.
