Bharti Telesoft has some bragging rights after winning the Golden Peacock Innovation Award for its work in the field of Hub Technology and Solutions.
Bharti Telesoft says its Hub Technology and Solutions provide a unified approach to enabling service roll out, which enables mobile operators to overcome technological interoperability issues, reduce time spent on commercial negotiations and thereby speed time to market and dramatically reduce investment and ongoing operational costs.
The initial deployments of Bharti Telesoft’s Hub Solutions have focused on enabling prepaid roaming. The prepaid market represents close to 90 percent of all mobile subscribers in emerging markets and approaching 65 percent of subscribers in developed markets. This prepaid subscriber base has been largely unserved in the roaming area – representing a major opportunity to mobile operators to provide prepaid roaming services. and provides a much richer service experience to the prepaid subscriber base.
Bharti Telesoft has also developed its Borderless Recharge Hub, which enables prepaid subscribers to recharge their mobile accounts when abroad – further supporting the needs of the large prepaid subscriber base.
