MACH Group has appointed Guy Dubois to the position of president and CEO, effective immediately. He replaces Martin Lippert, who is returning to Denmark for personal reasons. Dubois previously held a spot on the MACH board of directors.

Dubois was previously the executive vice President of Amdocs. Prior to that and until its acquisition by Amdocs in 2006, he was chief executive officer of Cramer Systems, a provider of operations support software (OSS) to the telecommunications industry. Before joining Cramer, Mr Dubois held senior executive positions at PeopleSoft, Vantive, Sybase and Digital.
