CTI Group has released a plug-in called SmartRecord IP Version 2.0, which allows users to instantly archive calls, meetings, Webinars and negotiations. It integrates with SugarCRM, the company’s commercial open-source solution that allows companies to track and manage customer relations.
SmartRecord IP is a Web-based, VoIP call recording solution. Calls are recorded based on the user’s specifications and then archived for review on the MP3 format of the user’s choice.
