Thanks to a takeover that didn’t take last year, Bell Canada Enterprises (BCE) has spent the intervening months getting its act together.
The provider eradicated three layers of management, 8 percent of its workforce overall.
Meanwhile, this week BCE reported a loss of $39.2 million.
