Xtract announced Monday at Mobile World Congress the newest version of its flagship social intelligence solution, Social Links 3.0. The new version will be available for first customer deliveries at the end of March 2009.

Xtract Social Links analyzes social interactions, behavior and demographic data that mobile operators and online companies have for their customers and members, to create accurate, automated consumer profiles.

Social Links 3.0 comes with a new graphical interface for operators to view and understand their subscribers’ social behavior and utilize this intelligence for target marketing and strategic business decisions.

For example, they might determine how influential subscribers, aka Alphas, differ from other subscribers and use that information for churn, cross-sell and up-sell campaigns. Or, they might calculate the social monetary value of their subscribers to support the subscriber valuation with individual’s monetary influence on others. In addition, the data can help measure the viral effect of marketing or churn.

Data privacy is an integral part of Xtract’s working practices. Social Links, with its standard modules, complies with the data privacy policies. A standalone module ensures individual information is anonymous and results are aggregated.
