Connectiv Solutions has announced a three-year contract extension with nTELOS.
nTELOS has been using Connectiv’s routeWATCH since 2004. The companies say the solution gives nTELOS a comprehensive window into wireless call routing and billing, to identify and resolve previously unknown network data gaps for measurable cost savings.
Utilizing Connectiv’s flexible Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, personnel across nTELOS’ enterprise gain immediate, individualized data views of their network through a centralized access point. The resulting reports give nTELOS unmatched visibility into network usage data that can be parsed at various data levels and groupings, according to Connectiv. This intelligence provides finance, engineering and executives with the ability to streamline both usage analysis and network planning for a strong competitive advantage.
“Connectiv continues to deliver measurable value year after year, helping nTELOS to be as competitive as possible,” said Bobby McAvoy, senior vice president of Wireless for nTELOS. “routeWatch ensures that we’re routing our calls efficiently for savings in the tens of thousands per month. In addition, they provide an insurance policy that allows us to proactively take costs out of our business and make critical planning decisions.”
"We are very pleased that nTELOS has been a customer of ours for more than four years and we see nTELOS’ decision to extend the contract as a strong validation of the benefit and value of our routeWATCH solution to wireless providers,” stated Brian Silvestri, president of Connectiv Solutions. “We are dedicated to working with nTELOS to continue to provide them with the most comprehensive intelligence and savings solution available.”
nTELOS is a provider of wireless voice and data services over six mobile switching centers in Virginia and West Virginia.
