Indian IT firm Subex has reported a fiscal third-quarter loss that is more than triple its losses during the same time period a year ago.
On the bright side, the company reports income from operations rose nearly 15 percent last quarter when compared to the final quarter of 2007.
Also today, Subex announced the extension of its alliance with Telecom Italia to enable next-generation IP and DSL services.
TI will continue to evolve its New Generation Operations Support System based on Subex's technology across Italy. This contract helps TI's efforts to minimize operational costs while offering its subscribers a very high level of service, according to the companies.
