Following on its contract announcement with TSG Global, CustomCall Data Systems Inc. released a new version of its Webtop BPM integrated billing and OSS solution. Version 8.0 now integrates billing, EPBB, commissions, collections, reseller management, order management, trouble tickets and a workflow-based OSS in a single, configurable package.
Selling to CLECs, local and long distance companies, VoIP and IPTV service providers, cable, Internet and wireless operators, Madison, Wisc.,-based CustomCall applied input received from all of its customers into the latest release.
New features of Webtop BPM v8.0 include a dynamic hot-linked dashboard that displays critical customer-specific information; improved usability and overall speed, particularly for new orders and trouble tickets. It also has the ability to seamlessly move phone numbers, inventory and related information across customers and prospects. Webtop BPM v8.0 also includes enhanced security around users, offices and resellers; a more robust report creation tool; and the ability to easily populate Webtop with information from other existing systems.
Webtop BPM v8.0 has been deployed to existing clients and is available to new customers. Other features of Webtop BPM include business process management functionality for administering, numbers inventory, document management, CPE inventory and other core business processes.
