Time Warner Cable Inc.(TWC) soon will give subscribers access to Time Warner video content online.
The portal will easily authenticate users and video will be provided at no additional charge. Well, that is, unless one household is using eight hours of bandwidth a day. If that’s the case, cable subscribers likely will have to pay for a higher tier of bandwidth.
Time Warner Cable execs discussed the portal efforts at this week’s NCTA show.
