Redknee has signed two new contracts with the Digicel Group, a Caribbean telco that’s just entered the mobile market in Central America. Digicel will use Redknee’s Turnkey Converged Billing solution to provide postpaid billing, invoicing and some customer care services to operations in both Honduras and Panama.
Digicel claims to have an ambitious growth strategy in Central and Latin America. The company wanted a scalable customer relationship management system with a proven invoicing solution for postpaid wireless customers.
“Digicel has worked with Redknee as we have expanded services across the Caribbean and Central America,” said Mario Assaad, Digicel’s CTO. “We are optimistic that these contracts will support our growth in Panama and Honduras.”
