The company also rolled out its new Web site, including details on services to telecom companies and companies that utilize teleconferencing products. Previously, the company only offered its live testing services to telecom and teleconferencing companies.
The company’s expansion to provide Worldwide In-Country Live-Testing for corporate end-users was timed to take advantage of the rapidly growing teleconferencing, ITFS, and VoIP markets due to global economic conditions.
The company provides testing for telecom and teleconferencing companies for new numbers prior to release to customer, service issues, and trouble tickets. The company also provides testing for end-users to pre-test numbers prior to important teleconferencing meetings.
