Blueslice Networks has sold an SIP-enabled, next-generation Home Location Register to Callax International, a global telecom company specializing in low-cost communication services.

Blueslice’s ngHLR 3000, built on the Converged Subscriber Platform 3000, will serve as the mission-critical register for mobile subscriber management in the Callax mobile portfolio. It will offer flexibility to centralize subscriber profile information from domains other than 2G/3G.

Combining an HLR/AuC, HSS, SIP Registrar and SIP Redirect Server, the CSP 3000 delivers the convergence of subscriber profiles across 2G, 3G, and VoIP domains, while centralizing subscriber information into one logical place. As the integrated platform for multi-profile subscriber management in mobile, VoIP, Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) and Machine-2-Machine (M2M) networks, it also has the highest subscriber density and unequalled scalability in the market, according to Blueslice.
