Managed services provider Ipitomi has selected VOSS to provide part of its unified communications service delivery platform.
Ipitomi provides hosted multitenant communication management solutions to a portfolio of customers, including small and medium businesses as well as business centers and parks. Ipitomi is using the VOSS 6.1 UC SDP to address the challenges involved in managing and scaling the entire lifecycle of a multitenant, multilocation IP telephony architecture.
Specifically, VOSS will help enable Ipitomi to streamline business processes and control costs by centrally managing and standardizing its diverse networks. Through automation and the introduction of a simplified administration capability, VOSS also frees up Ipitomi’s technical team from many day-to-day tasks. Additionally, VOSS has laid the foundation for Ipitomi to expand its business and to target other connected real estate businesses with its managed IP telephony solution.
